basisnote AG – The start-up with a good nose
basisnote AG was founded on October 4th, 2007 by an inter-disciplinary team of ETH Zurich. This team includes the biologist Dr. August Hämmerli, the physicist Manuel Kaegi and the sociologist Dominic Senn. The basisnote team now has eight employees and has its office facilities in Berne.
basisnote AG develops test procedures which make it possible to determine the scent profile of a person. For this purpose, findings from scientific research in the areas of scents and partner selection have been applied.
